Refund Policy

At HI-TOUCH by Multi Sports, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our boxing gloves and training gear. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

Refund Eligibility

Products may be eligible for a refund if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. The product must be in clean, resellable condition.

Non-Refundable Items

Used products, damaged products caused by customer use, custom logo products, personalized items, and bulk orders made specifically for a gym, club, or organization may not be eligible for a refund unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests received after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hitouch.usa@gmail.com with your name, order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
